GRAIN-FED PORK
Over the past twenty years Australian pork has become a very different meat. This is the result of improvements in breeding, housing and feeding techniques, combined with the disease-free and safe status of pork production and processing.

Australian pork offal is also accepted by major consumer groups in the world. Pork offal available for export are: trotters, maws, tongue, kidney, heart, liver, intestines, jowl, rectums, pancreas, soft bone, and fat.
