Chuck – Square Cut is prepared from the Chuck (item 2260) by the removal of the neck portion by a straight cut at right angles at the junctions of the 7th cervical and 1st thoracic vertebra.

Points Requiring Specification:

  • Rib number required.
  • Intercostals removed.
  • Undercut (M. subscapularis) removed.
